Can I use my own hosting?

No, we use managed WordPress hosting making your site more secure and fast with daily back-ups. Hosting fees are included in all the maintenance plans as long as the monthly payments are current.

Can I keep my old domain?

Yes, we will hook up your domain to your new site. We will need access to your domain to do this.

Do you provide email?

No, but you should have this with your domain and we can help you with this. Please provide us with your domain information and we can make suggestions from there.

Can I get a refund?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our service, you will get a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work already done, the portion of the month left (for monthly fees), and any third-party fees already paid. We are always willing to work out an amicable solution!

What happens if I cancel the monthly maintenance plan?

The monthly services will be cancelled: web hosting, website maintenance, blog posts, SEO, videos/month and desktop notifications. Also, the theme and/or theme plugins and Beaver Builder plugin will no longer be updated (you would have to purchase a separate license for these).

Can I add functions to my site later?

Yes, different functions are added to WordPress using plugins. Let us know what you need and we will find an appropriate plugin. We use free versions but if you need a premium, paid, plugin you will need to purchase it yourself and send us the zip file for installation.
